Food is always fresh. Delicious. I live in Conroe and I drive all the way here for this sushi. By far the best sushi I ever had. Then fried rolls uff delicious. Great service, very friendly and quick. It's a food truck so is perfect for picking up and going. Makes it easier for me

The sushi is always fresh and delicious here! Definitely the best in the area by far. We love the sushi bori roll and the fried Philly roll. The only downside is that it's takeout only (since it's a food truck), but at least there's picnic tables around if you don't mind eating outside.

Been here a couple of times and let me tell you guys that I have never been let down. The food is always amazing! The fish and other ingredients are very high quality and always taste so fresh. The owner, Chef Ruben, is highly skilled at what he does and offers the best customer service ever! Every time I come, I always feel welcomed as a long time friend. If you're ever in the area or need a quick pick-up, I would highly recommend this place. Being completely honest, I think I prefer this spot over an actually restaurant, it's so yummy!

The food was incredible. You can tell Ruben puts love and care into every roll he makes. The sashimi was also incredibly fresh and buttery. I would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for quality and fresh sushi.

A few of my coworkers recommended this place and I got the shaggy dog. It's a good basis to know whether a food truck can have fresh sushi but to my surprise, you wouldn't have been able to tell. The rice to meat/seafood ratio was on point, and they did not overwhelm with the sauces. I would come back for a quick and fresh meal again.

This review is long overdue as we have been thoroughly enjoying Sushi Bori for over a year now. It's simply the best! Our sushi loving son says it deserves more than 5 stars. The owner is so kind, personable, and always has great recommendations that never disappoint. The food is always so fresh and of the highest quality. It beats all local sushi restaurants! Our favorite go-to rolls include: Crunchy Philly, Bori Hot Tuna, Peppered Tuna, and Ruben Roll. Everything that we have tried is full of flavor and so delicious. We highly recommend that you taste it for yourself!

You won't believe this sushi came from a food truck/trailer!! I ordered on Doordash and was so glad I decided to give this place a try. I ordered a sushi combo (4 pieces nigiri and choice of classic roll) and the Akita roll. For the sushi combo, you can select each of the 4 nigiri. I got the spicy yellowtail for the classic roll and loved it. So simple, but the best spicy yellowtail classic roll I've ever had. Everything was fresh, the fish and the rice were the perfect texture AND temperature, and the rice was seasoned just right. Also, I love how they thinly slice the cucumbers to put in the rolls instead of just a wedge of cucumber. It's truly the details that make this sushi so good. The Akita roll was good, but I think I would have preferred it with seaweed instead of soy paper. 10/10 recommend the sushi combo and the spicy yellowtail roll. Can't wait to order it again.

Sushi bori has some of the best sushi we've had in the friendswood area. Ruben, the owner is so friendly and very helpful. It's a got a pretty descent size menu. The ingredients are fresh and the presentation is better than some restaurants. We were very surprised about how delicious this trailer sushi was. So glad to have a good sushi place in friendswood.

Why 5 stars? Because this parking lot has never experienced this level of quality. --- --- --- I grew up in the area and have seen dozens of very forgettable businesses call this parking lot home. With the exception of the Tropical Sno truck that was parked near this exact spot for many years, the strip mall has been a the definition of meh. Oh my God, that's Sushi Bori's music! To tell you the truth, I was going to be playing softball later that evening, so I didn't want to over-eat or order anything heavy. Under any other circumstance, I would have ordered one of the deep fried rolls, but that will have to wait until next time. For visit #1, I went with the Ruben Roll and Orgamilicious. To be honest, I didn't love the Ruben Roll, but the Orgamilicious was perfect - everything you'd want in a sushi roll. So one 3-star roll and one 5-star roll, but I'm rounding up on my overall rating because: 1) The aforementioned limitations while ordering prevented me from getting my top choices. 2) Great, friendly service. 3) Making 528 cool... (I'd say again, but I don't know that it ever was.)
